ALLERGENS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please be aware that some of the treats are from multipacks and may not include ingredients and allergens listed on the packaging. However, if you are not sure about any of the ingredients and allergens, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to give you this information.
DELIVERY AND TRANSIT:
Good news is, our box is standard large letter size box, which means recipient doesn’t have to take delivery by hand, it can be posted via most letter boxes.
We pack every hamper with lots of love and as neatly as possible. however, there are things that we can not control such as delivery and transit.
So please note, that during the delivery parcels are being thrown around which may cause the treats to move out of their place.
We would also like to ask you to be patient. We understand that ordering a gift for someone special can be exciting, but please be aware, that due to current pandemic situations, deliveries might be late sometimes. It’s another thing out of our control!

Your products will be subjected to an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being shipped. We deliver to thousands of customers every day across multiple countries. Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date according to the item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are shipped within 48-hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
